Materiality Master provides software to conduct the double materiality assessment according to the CSRD requirements. This analysis is made for companies to assess their impacts on the environment and society as well as the risks and opportunities for the organization itself.

2. Use of the Website and Software

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use Materiality Master and outside of Switzerland, only businesses can purchase the software.
License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for conducting double materiality assessments.
Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.

3. Account Registration

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Subscription

Billing: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at the end of each billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
