1. Description of Services

Materiality Master provides software to conduct the double materiality assessment according to the CSRD requirements. This analysis is made for companies to assess their impacts on the environment and society as well as the risks and opportunities for the organization itself.

2. Use of the Website and Software

  • Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to use Materiality Master and outside of Switzerland, only businesses can purchase the software.
  • License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for conducting double materiality assessments.
  • Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the software.

3. Account Registration

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Payment and Subscription

  • Plans: We offer various pricing plans. Choose the one that best fits your needs.
  • Billing: Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at least 30 days before the end of each billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Privacy

  • Collection: We collect only data that is necessary to provide and improve our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
